Republican representative, Jim Struzzi, of Indiana filed two pieces of legislation which would regulate the production and sale of kratom and CBD products in the state of Pennsylvania. These new standards with allow retailers to properly market their products as well as provide consumers with the peace of mind that they deserve. The bill, House Resolution 460, would encourage the FDA to provide guidelines to over-the-counter sales of kratom. This product has come under scrutiny by the FDA and the US Drug Enforcement Administration. The actions ban this substance have been withdrawn based on public disproval.
