FSD Pharma Introduces Online Ordering System to Match Medical Cannabis Prescriptions

Firm focused on conducting R&D of cannabinoid-based treatments for nervous system disorders, FSD Pharma, announced on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, that its online ordering system is in full form. The need to establish such a system stems from the lag in satisfying medical cannabis orders. The entirety of this goal was allegedly achieved with the help of its subsidiary firm, FV Pharma.

With the online option, those who have a prescription for medical cannabis or are registered with Health Canada can now order dried cannabis by visiting FVPharma.com. Executive co-Chairman and CEO of FSD, Raza Bokhari, MD, conveyed excitement for such a launch, underlining that the firm has achieved yet another milestone that is “very important.”

Clearly, FSD Pharma was quick to make the necessary moves to set itself apart from its competitors, as it only got the Sale for Medical Purposes license in June of 2019. With just a little over two months since the acquisition, FSD is now expanding its services to a “wider client base,” shares Bokhari, who is also delighted with how convenient and user-friendly the website is for patients.

This is reckoned just the beginning, as the firm “still [has] many more successful chapters to write,” alongside FV Pharma.
