The ecommerce company to support vendors in increasing hemp and hemp derived CBD sales.

Austin, Texas based private SaaS ecommerce firm BigCommerce has opened their gateways to U.S vendors to do business by allowing them to showcase and sell hemp and hemp-based CBD products to consumers on their online platform. With the cutting edge industry-driven tools provided by BigCommerce required for commercial business online, merchants will now be able to outsource and distribute their hemp and CBD products and reach out to a larger customer base. This has been made available with immediate effect.

This development has been a major breakthrough as the current platforms for selling hemp and CBD products online is quite cumbersome and non-systematic. BigCommerce for Hemp And CBD would be extending their support to U.S hemp and CBD vendors in all the areas needed to catalyse the growth of the CBD market which is estimated at a staggerring $20 billion this year. With BigCommerce’s safe and well connected network of trusted U.S merchant service providers, this would ensure a successful growth of the overall CBD industry and better customer satisfaction.

BigCommerce would be providing payment solutions which are tailored to the needs of the vendors while also keeping customers’ ease of access and reliability in picture. They promise of better solutions for payment related tasks where there would be no extra fees to select any payment gateway. They have allowed the ease of opting to various U.S based merchant service providers without the tensions of paying fines, excess fees and account reserves.

The ecommerce giant promises to enhance various hemp based brands by hosting their stores. With total access of the giant’s tools and software suites, vendors can improve their websites, better the conversion rates and hence get more customers engaged. Merchants would have full control on the products list they wish to showcase and sell.

BigCommerce has guaranteed merchants faster sales by incorporating several security layers with more bandwidth and speed using the cloud platform of Google. This would mean lesser website maintenance time and more sales online.

Julie Winter, vice president at CBD For Life expressed that their business was hampered by multiple challenges upcoming from “unwarranted contract terminations with no notice from service providers”. She expressed her confidence in BigCommerce for smoother business by saying “BigCommerce is providing a much needed service that gives us a reliable way to sell our products online and offer customers a delightful shopping experience.”

In line with the Farm Bill 2018, the extent of support by BigCommerce to the hemp and CBD vendors the industry can expect a major boost in the coming years. The vendor-cum-customer friendly platform provided by the company will fortify a prosperous customer service and self-support resources.
