- Senate Bill 5298
Senate Bill 5298 requires marijuana product labels to include claims that “describe the product’s intended role in maintaining a structure or function of the body.”

Senate Bill 5318 concerns reform of compliance and enforcement provisions for marijuana licenses. There are many components to the bill.

- House Bill 1792
