According to a recent press release, gold medalist Dara Torres is joining with CaniBrand for a five-day social media campaign. The campaign will promote CBD as a natural option to promote wellness.
During the campaign, Torres will share her personal experiences with CBD, and how it has become part of her wellness routine. Torres stated in the press release:
“I'm at that age, at age 52 now, and still have an active lifestyle, but prefer a more natural approach to pain, help with sleep, and all the things that happen for women, especially active women, over 40.” She continued, “This is why I'm so excited about this campaign. It allows me the opportunity to share with other women like myself, a natural and effective solution to managing their health issues.”
Torres has an official CaniBrands ambassador page, which indicates that she and the brand will work together to “empower those seeking a more natural approach to lifestyle & wellness.”
The social media campaign will begin on Sunday, September 29, 2019. The launch will feature Torres going live on Facebook with Andy O’Brien, an elite sports trainer and CaniBrands investor. Together, they’ll answer questions on wellness and health from viewers. Margaret Zanel, the brand’s Chief Revenue Growth Officer, shared in the press release:
“Through this campaign, we continue to advance our position in the market as a leader in high-quality, next-generation CBD products that are trusted by athletes and backed by science.” She continued, “We aim to reach wholesalers, e-commerce affiliates, and distributors servicing the health, wellness and sports performance market to join us and bring these amazing products to their consumers across the US.”
