According to a news report by News Frontier Data, it is estimated “that, in leading all hemp product categories, the hemp-derived CBD market will grow from a $390 million-dollar market in 2018, to a $1.3 billion market (or 3.3x) by 2022.”

The growth can be seen in the various hemp-CBD brands that have  popped up on the market.

Alexander Salgado, the CEO and co-founder of Veritas Farms, shared in a press release concerning CBD market growth “With our continued growth into independent retailer networks combined with the success of recent chain retail launches, Veritas Farms has reached distribution into over 4,500 retail stores nationwide.  These established channels include prominent national chain retailers in pharmacy, grocery, and home-goods, as well as, independent retailers in grocery, pharmacy, chiropractic and medical professionals, spas, salons, hospitality, travel and specialty stores.”
