Hollister Biosciences and Allied Corp. to Distribute Tactical Relief to Veterans and First Responders

HashBone’s creator Hollister Biosciences Inc. has closed an agreement with Allied Corp. to make and distribute Tactical Relief brand products for first responders and veterans across California. After a press release from February 7, 2020, when Hollister announced that its subsidiary, Hollister Cannabis Co. may close this agreement with Allied Corp, the company confirmed the papers were signed on June 22, 2020. Allied Corp. founded the Tactical Relief brand for first responders and veterans.

What Products Are Included in the Tactical Relief Brand?

Tactical Relief products are made in the USA and known for their medicinal properties when it comes to treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). To be more in line with Hollister’s mission, they are going to be sold in small batches and made from the best cannabis grown in California. The new agreement’s terms are saying Allied is going to bring its artwork, trademark, package design, and logos to the original product line. At the same time, it will be responsible for support and marketing. Meanwhile, Hollister will be in charge of production and getting the underlying materials, also of the costs involved with sales and distribution. All the Tactical Relief cannabis products will are produced under Hollister’s licenses and supervision.

Exploring the Development of New Products

Hollister and Allied won’t stop here, as they’re exploring the possibility of developing and marketing other products, not to mention they’re planning to expand in different regions of the US very soon. Hollister works with the distribution company Indus Holdings Inc. and will continue to do so for the Tactical Relief products too. Within Q3 of this year, Tactical Relief supplements are expected to become available at most retailers in California. 5% of all sales will go to charity, whereas the rest of the profits will be shared 60% for Hollister and 40% for Allied.
