Prolific Nutrition Becomes Pure Harvest Hemp, a Fully-Owned Subsidiary of PHCG

Prolific Nutrition, a Colorado based Cannabis Company with its exclusive brand of CBD products will now be a 100% owned subsidiary of Pure Harvest Cannabis Group and operate under a new name Pure Harvest Hemp, Inc. (PHH).

The Denver based integrated holding company anchored on successful Cannabis Industry, Pure Harvest Cannabis Group, Inc. (PHCG) has recently procured this covenant in a stock and cash reconciliation.

Daniel Garza, the mastermind and CEO of Prolific Nutrition will now succor as the CEO of Pure Harvest Hemp. He also merges with the PHCG Board as a Director and Chief Marketing Officer whereas the Chairman and CEO of PHCG, Matthew Gregarek will consolidate the board of Pure Harvest Hemp.

Established in 2017, Prolific merchandises various CBD based products under quite a few brands. CBD-infused tinctures, gummies, capsules, lotion, and hemp oil lip balm are the various products vended by Prolific Nutrition. Prolific also has a pet-oriented section which offers CBD-infused products such as daily blend hemp supplements for dogs and cats, hemp capsules, and hemp oil pet treats for pain and anxiety.

Pure Harvest Hemp under the guidance of PHCG will focus on harvesting and online marketing premium-grade Colorado CBD oil and Wild Pet Blend brands, developing PHH Retail stores and other Hemp based products such as Clothing, Beauty and Wellness, building materials, and CBD infused sports drinks.
