American Department Store Chain Dillard’s to Introduce a CBD Products Beauty and Wellness Line

Little Rock-based department-store chain, Dillard’s Inc. has reportedly introduced a line of beauty and wellness products including hemp-derived, cannabidiol (CBD) reports North Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

More specifically, the additions include CBD For Life products, a brand that devotes itself to offering pure CBD (99% extract) beauty and health solutions. In terms of the essentials made available to consumers, these include CBD For Life’s eye serum, face and body cleanser and lotions among others.

The Co-Founder of CBD for Life, Beth Stavola has since expressed excitement, as this milestone creates more exposure for brand which will now be sitting on the shelves of, “one of the largest and most well-regarded fashion retailers in the United States.”

Stavola trusts that this alone is a stepping stone for CBD For Life, as the brand wants to one day become a household name within the beauty industry. With all this being said, Dillard’s sentiment regarding this decision has not been disclosed as of yet and it seems like the department-store chain has received a number of messages since.

Will this create a domino effect among other department-store chains? If it does, Walmart Inc will not be included, as North Arkansas Democrat Gazette reported that it has “no plans to carry CBD products at this time.”
