Martha Stewart CBD Launches Hemp Oil Products with Canopy Growth

Martha Stewart, who is well known for her lifestyle brand, appears to be venturing into the CBD space. Stewart launched a hemp-CBD product line in partnership with Canopy Growth, a Canada-based company. In an email to CNN Business concerning the CBD product line, Stewart stated:

“I was surprised to learn that while most people have heard of CBD, less than 20% of us have actually tried it. For me, that signals a lot of opportunity to create beautiful, elevated products that help people live well.”

According to a September 10, 2020 press release issued by Canopy Growth, the new line of products will include flavor profiles inspired by some of Stewart’s most popular recipes. In addition, the initial product offering will feature a range of human wellness supplements. A gift box and a pet line are expected to launch later this year.

The press release further indicates that the products are “naturally flavored and are made in the USA with hemp-derived CBD isolate. The results are pure, safe and great-tasting CBD products that are easy to incorporate into your daily wellness routine.”

As for the Martha Stewart CBD product line, the press release indicates that it includes at the time of launch:

• Martha Stewart CBD 25mg Softgels (Unflavored, 30 count) for $44.99
• Martha Stewart CBD 750mg Oil Drops (Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon or Unflavored) for $44.99
