Alabama Green Lights Pharmacies to Carry CBD Edibles and Hemp-based Ingestibles

Alabama state has passed a bill enacting law which enables state dispensaries and pharmacies to sell CBD based food products.

CBD derived from hemp has been excluded from the list of the Controlled Substances Act and now enjoys the liberty to be sold in the market.
