CannaCraft Debuts Higher CBD to THC Products via Care By Design Brand

CannaCraft is on the verge of introducing a new set of wellness products under its trusted brand, Care by Design. In a press release, CannaCraft's Chief Executive Jim Hourigan said the company plans to reformulate their wellness brand, Care By Design, by adding to their product line more full-bodied and potent CBD products. The new product line will have an all-inclusive winterized cannabis oil with cannabis terpenes, flavonoids, and cannabinoids. With their newly introduced dual-processing technology, the company can now extract more non-intoxicating compounds such as THCA and CBDA.

As he spoke, Dr. Matthew Elmes, the product development director of Care By Design, hinted at the challenges they faced trying to overhaul the existing formulations. It requires the use of more powerful extraction and post-processing techniques to ensure efficient extraction of the compounds without decarboxylating or destroying the process's efficiency. Increasing the CBD content needs extra tweaking of the formulations and changing the signature ratios.

While the previous formations contained CBD and THC, the new product line will have CBD and CBDA. They added CBDA and THCA to the product to take advantage of the synergistic and additive benefits of these cannabinoid compounds.

The already reformulated tinctures come in 30ml and can be quickly bought from any licensed dispensations in California.
