Celebrity Ray J Invests in Own Cannabis Company, William Ray LA, Promoting ‘Ray Jay’s Joints’

Reality star, singer, and businessman Ray J has entered the cannabis industry with a $5 million investment in a brand that he’s starting. The brand, called William Ray LA, will be based in California and offer individuals recreational cannabis products, such as pre-rolled joints.

Reportedly, the venture has been in the works for a year and its products are formulated by cannabis experts who specialize in cultivation, branding, and marketing. In addition to cannabis products, the brand is also offering marketing services for those who are interested in growing their own businesses.

A few months ago, Ray J posted on Instagram,

“Been working on deal for a year now!! Stayed up for days at a time getting work done! That’s why I look hella tired all the time,”

he wrote.

“But It’s about to finally be official this week!! Jus wanna say thank you to my team in Kentucky, Arizona, California and Las Vegas! We’ve work hard to get to this point! Now let’s go get these MMMMs!”
