Complaint Filed Against Tilt Holdings Marijuana Technology Firm Over Spam Marketing Tactics

Baker Technologies describes itself on its website trybaker.com as a “leading CRM for the cannabis industry, helping dispensaries grow their resources and build meaningful relationships with their customers.” Tilt Holdings describes itself as a “vertically-integrated infrastructure and technology cannabis company.”

On June 28, 2 019, Plaintiffs Richard Komaiko and Marice Cooperman, on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated, filed a class action complaint against the companies for damages and injunctive relief under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47U.C.S. 227, et seq. and Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code Section 1700 et seq.
