Interestingly enough, CBD does have some nutritional value. According to Medical News Daily, which references the USDA National Nutrient Database, 2 tablespoons of one serving of hemp seeds that weighs 20 grams features 111 calories. It also has:

  • “6.31 g of protein
  • 9.75 g of fat
  • 1.73 g of carbohydrates
  • 14 milligrams (mg) of calcium
  • 1.59 mg of iron
  • 140 mg of magnesium
  • 33 mg of phosphorus
  • 240 mg of potassium
  • 1.98 mg of zing
  • 22 mg (mcg) of folate”
