- 92% of Sanna Sleep Pilot Study Participants Report Sleep Enhancements
Sanna Brands just released the results of its independent pilot study to determine Sanna Sleep capsules' efficiency. The capsules are naturally sourced cannabinoid soft gels backed by science for enhancing sleep quality.
The study, which was overseen by Dr. Heather Hausenblas, a Ph.D. holder in Wellness, discovered that Sanna sleep capsules could improve sleep quality. The study analyzed participants’ daily sleep logs and assessed their overtime sleep following the insomnia severity index, CBC’s health-related life quality measure, perceived stress scale, and trait anxiety inventory.
Roughly 92% of the participants claimed to have experienced a positive change in their sleep quality after taking Sanna Sleep capsules. Out of the 24 participants enrolled, 22 said they would be happy to use Sanna Sleep in the future.
One participant praised the capsules because they fell asleep quicker than usual and slept longer than they usually do. Another participant said that when they take the pills 30 minutes before bedtime, they go to bed earlier and rest for a full 6 hours.
Jonathan Miller, Sanna Brands’ CEO, sees this as a significant milestone, considering the research and development efforts invested in creating the capsules. He further says that Sanna is always dedicated to explosive research and development of CBD products assessed and confirmed to be safe, effective, and reliable for human use.
Sanna Sleep capsules are different from similar products in the market today. Sanna Brands do not include high CBD or THC levels as is the case with other cannabinoid products in the same category; they describe the sleep capsules as “a highly effective cannabis capsule that’s low in THC.” They do not add antihistamines and melatonin, either. The capsules have a unique formula characterized by well-selected terpenes and cannabinoids proven to have superior sleep-inducing properties, with no proven side effects.
