The entrepreneurial spirit runs in the Dunhill family if recent news is anything to go by. Alexandra Dunhill, great-grandaughter of Sir Alfred, has launched a new and upcoming line of female-focused wellness products made from CBD oil. The move is a significant shift for the family business, Dunhill's great-grandfather formerly sold tobacco, motoring, and luxury goods.

To demystify this, Alexandra's new wellness line, Lady A (www.ladya.health), will seek to make inroads into female-focused cannabidiol (CBD) oil products. These will include body creams, gel caps, vapes, and tinctures. Customers are also to expect the products to stand out with their unique designs that she helped plan to reveal the natural goodness stylishly.

“I wanted to take away the stigma and develop something that looks elegant,” said the mother of three in the interview to HELLO Magazine.

According to Lady A, the initiative stems from Alexandra's interest in CBD, after realizing its positive health effects. This was after the interior designer noticed her son, Piers (26), own improvement when taking the supplement in Los Angeles.

“Piers struggled with anxiety and had difficulty sleeping. When visiting him in 2017, I couldn't believe the change in him. He seemed much calmer, more focused, and happier.”

After, Alexandra would spend two years researching and learning about CBD as a non-psychoactive with medicinal benefits. Later on, she would link up with CBD producers and manufacturers offering premium quality CBD derived from the seeds, stalks, or stems of the cannabis plant.
