CBD use has been increasing, even among older generations. A recent study involved 1,000 seniors over the age of 54. The study, conducted by Remedy Review, determined that 9% of seniors tried CBD for health-related purposes and 51% of users reported that they’ve experienced a better quality of life.
As for CBD preferences, many seem to opt for drops. According to the survey, 54.4% stated that they tried CBD by placing the drops directly in their mouth, while 21.1% reported putting the drops in a beverage instead. As for another 21.1%, they prefer CBD-infused edibles. A smaller percentage, 15.6% used capsules.
Overall, the CBD products may help older individuals with relief from various health conditions, inflammation, chronic pain, and the like. Further, whether the CBD works is likely based on an individual basis.
