92% of Sanna Sleep Pilot Study Participants Report Sleep Enhancements

Sanna Brands just released the results of its independent pilot study to determine Sanna Sleep capsules' efficiency. The capsules are naturally sourced cannabinoid soft gels backed by science for enhancing sleep quality.

The study, which was overseen by Dr. Heather Hausenblas, a Ph.D. holder in Wellness, discovered that Sanna sleep capsules could improve sleep quality. The study analyzed participants’ daily sleep logs and assessed their overtime sleep following the insomnia severity index, CBC’s health-related life quality measure, perceived stress scale, and trait anxiety inventory.

Roughly 92% of the participants claimed to have experienced a positive change in their sleep quality after taking Sanna Sleep capsules. Out of the 24 participants enrolled, 22 said they would be happy to use Sanna Sleep in the future.
