Kannaway Partners with Endocanna Health for Sale of Endocannabinoid DNA Test Products

In an August 1, 2019 Press Release, Medical Marijuana Inc., a U.S.-based and publicly traded cannabis company announced that its subsidiary Kannaway, partnered with Endocanna Health, Inc., a research and development biotech company that specializes in endocannabinoid DNA testing and personalization. Endocanna, which is based in California, specializes in genetic testing with DNA so that CBD users may have a more personalized experience.

According to the press release, the two companies will work together to develop and distribute endocannabinoid DNA test products. The agreement provides that Endocanna will handle the manufacture of the patent-pending Endocannabinoid DNA Test Kits and license the technology to Kannaway. Consumers will be able to use the kits to determine personalized data and other cannabinoids may interact with their body’s regulatory system. The agreement also gives Kannaway the opportunity to genetically aligned formulations by Endocanna into Kannaway products.

Stuart Titus, Medical Marijuana Inc. CEO, shared in the press release,
