Theragun has made a name for itself as a percussive massage therapy maker, but times are changing for this brand. Now, they are going into the wellness industry with proprietary technology that is helping them bring forth something entirely new with their TheraOne CBD line. The founder and chief wellness officer of Therabody, Jason Wersland, stated that the launch is the “natural progression” for the company to get involved with the CBD industry. He added,

The entire reason that the CBD line was launched in the first place was due to an idea from Wersland, who found support from the compound after adding it to the treatments he already had. With its integration, the company hopes that they will establish a high standard that the rest of the industry clamors to follow.

CBD already has a reputation for reducing anxiety, easing discomfort, and promoting better sleep, though most consumers are only just starting to take advantage after the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp itself has been used for centuries, but it doesn’t cause any of the psychoactive effects that THC produces. Considering that Theragun already has a history that is rooted in wellness, this link is almost a natural pairing.
