As the popularity of CBD-infused products rises, Sagely Naturals is soaring its wings all over from Los Angeles to CVS to Neiman Marcus.

The company was born in 2015 when Kaley Nichol embarked on a journey to find approachable consumer products with CBD therapeutic benefits, but with no THC’s psychoactive effects.

Today, Sagely Naturals’ team includes PHD chemists who create proprietary medicinal products such as their top-selling Tranquility Roll-on, Relief and recovery creams. Kaley Nichol first took CBD in 2015, and it literally changed her life. She had been suffering from chronic pains for long before a friend recommended the use of CBD for relief. One hour after taking CBD, Nichol felt better and realized the potential of CBD in changing people’s lives.

The following day, Nicol got medical cannabis prescription, and with Behrens (the soon-to-be partner), they were amazed how the products looked unappealing. The branding didn’t please them, and they were unhappy with the excessive THC amounts in the medications.

From here, the two chose to make a line of CBD products with lower THC and better branding. The duo had a background working in food and finance, and their shared experience played a great role in establishing Sagely Naturals with their savings.

Six months after launching a line of CBD products, Nicole and Behrens were able to turn their investment into a profit and grew a cash flow for the first two years in their business. Since then, they have raised about two rounds of capital.

Nevertheless, starting up Sagely naturals had tons of challenges. One of these is that the founders struggled to get a contractor who was willing to take a small initial order and scale a quality product. With time though, the duo located a great Los Angeles contractor who took a chance on them and has since scaled with Sagely Naturals until now that they offer mass retail sales.

Nicole and Behrens were lucky to find an extractor who would get the full spectrum U.S. cultivated hemp with minimal THC traces. Now, Sagely naturals partners with dedicated farmers in Colorado and Kentucky to get their hemp.

Sagely Naturals intends to keep on growing and focus on what they do best, which is increasing CBD awareness and bringing products infused with CBD to medicine cabinets. The company’s focus on topical applications like essential oil roll-ons and creams has enabled it to become an expert in formulating relief topicals.
