Flower One and Deuces 22 Form Alliance to Offer Quality Pre-Rolled Cannabis in Nevada

On Tuesday, July 18, 2019, a new partnership was supposedly established with the aim of offering high quality, premium cannabis in Nevada. Although Nevada has adult-use marijuana laws, marijuana remains illegal under federal law. As per the press release, said partnership involves cannabis cultivator and producer, Flower One and premium-quality cannabis brand, Deuces 22.

Deuces 22 is supposedly founded by four-time NBA champion, John Salley, and his daughter, Tyla Salley, both of whom started the firm in attempt to ensure that one’s source of cannabis was both of enhanced quality and convenience.

The President and CEO of Flower One, Ken Villazer appears to be thrilled with the partnership, as what garnered the former’s attention is not only Deuces 22’s focus on the quality of products, but also their interest in educating consumers.

Here’s an extract of what the CEO had to say:

“[Flower One’s] portfolio of Brand Partners is further strengthened today with the addition of Deuces 22, a company that is not only passionate about providing high-quality, premium cannabis products […] but also taking the complexity and stigma out of cannabis products through their educational platform [Deuces Academy].”

In turn, John Salley shared that the duo’s decision to be part of this mission was an easy one, as Flower One’s “cultivation and production operations” was all that it took for them to agree. Salley further noted that he trusts in their expertise within the industry, which he believes will benefit Deuces 22.

Furthermore, he said,

“Today’s announcement marks Deuces 22’s inaugural launch in the U.S recreational cannabis market, and we couldn’t be happier to do so in Nevada with the support and guidance of Flower One.”

Tyla Salley also praised Flower One’s expertise, as she expressed,

“Using industry-leading greenhouse technologies and innovative growing practices, Flower One’s growers have an unparallelly level of agriculture expertise that we are excited to leverage.”
