Adapt SuperWater Launches as New CBD-infused Superfood Beverage

CBD-focused health and wellness company, Adapt Brands officially launches its superfood-infused coconut waters called Adapt SuperWater reports BevNet. Founder and CEO, Richard Harrington shared that Adapt SuperWater started off as an experiment of superfoods infusion to help with athletic injuries and surgical complications. In particular, he said:

“For the active consumer, [Adapt SuperWater] is the win-win beverage with cannabinoids for the pain and muscle soreness management [and] cognitive support and Superfoods to boost energy, metabolism and overall health and wellness.”

Quarterback and Managing Partner of Liquid2 Ventures, Joe Montana has been an admirer of the brand and currently serves as an advisor to Harrington. He noted that this approach to healing is an alternative to not only synthetic beverages and supplements but also opioids ingestion.

What is Adapt SuperWater?

Adapt SuperWater is a hydration beverage that combines superfood ingredients such as 100% coconut water, CBD and organic monk fruit. There are a number of benefits that arise from drinking coconut water on its own.

For instance, it is super hydrating, is much lower in sugar and calories in comparison to standard sports drinks and delivers a substantial amount of potassium to the body. The combination of CBD and coconut water may help one’s body return to homeostasis. Each bottle (414ml) is said to contain 25mg of hemp-extracted CBD.

One serving (i.e. a bottle) contains 100 calories, which can be further broken down into 23g of carbohydrates, 21g of sugar (natural), 1g of protein, 734mg of potassium and 31mg of calcium.
