Landrace Bioscience Will Bring 350,000 Pounds of Hemp into Wholesale Customer Products

  • Landrace will be bringing CBD oil into consumer goods.
  • The team at Landrace is made up of veterans with experience in the agricultural, business, and pharmaceutical fields.

Landrace Bioscience is known for its work as a hemp processor at an industrial level. According to reports from Cannabis Business Times, the hemp processor has just acquired a manufacturing space with 40,000 square feet that is being converted into a lab and processing facility. The space will be used to create wholesale consumer hemp products, for which they’ve recently signed a contract for the purchase of 350,000 pounds of raw hemp.

CEO John DeMoss of Landrace Bioscience stated that the company was originally created with the intention of becoming

“the premier processor of pharmaceutical-grade hemp products for consumer goods in the country.”

DeMoss explained that the need for high-quality hemp formulas is growing for consumer goods, which they create in bulk with USDA Organic hemp. Following the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), he added that the products of Landrace

“can be trusted to be used in the expansion of [clients’] existing brands.”

The team at Landrace is filled with veterans who have worked in the business, agricultural, and pharmaceutical fields. Their brand uses full-spectrum hemp oil, full-spectrum distillate, zero-THC broad-spectrum distillate, and nano-emulsified water-soluble oil. The product team is led by Noi Obias, Ph.D., who has 20 years of experience in consumer products, and previously trained at MIT and Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Obias stated,

“We are harnessing decades of experience and knowledge to deliver top-tier products to our partners who have customer-bases ready for hemp-based options.”
