The state of Colorado is requiring products that have marijuana concentrates to be tested for mycotoxin.
According to the notice released by the state’s Marijuana Enforcement Division,
“Mandatory medical and retail marijuana mycotoxin testing is a matter of public health, and safety and full compliance is expected.”
This means that beginning September 15, all concentrates that failed microbial contaminant testing and are made from marijuana or have the latter in its ingredients will be subject to the test.
