Alabama state has passed a bill enacting law which enables state dispensaries and pharmacies to sell CBD based food products.

CBD derived from hemp has been excluded from the list of the Controlled Substances Act and now enjoys the liberty to be sold in the market.

CBD of late has found numerous ways to be used. This includes the invention of CBD based food products, like gummies, gel, infused water, and diet supplements. The state pharmacies can now sell scientifically tested and FDA approved products.
